Data processing agreement

Where Studio ZOO processes personal data on your behalf — for example because we host or manage your website — Chapter 2 (Standard clauses for processing, articles 23 to 29) of our terms and conditions applies. Together, those clauses form a data processing agreement as referred to in Article 28(3) of the GDPR, as the chapter itself states.

Chapter 2 covers the division of roles, confidentiality, security, how data breaches are handled, and what happens to the data once the agreement ends. The exact arrangements are set out in the text itself.
