Terms and conditions

All quotes, offers and agreements from Studio ZOO are governed by the NLdigital Terms (NLdigital Voorwaarden), the standard terms of the trade association for the Dutch IT and digital sector, filed with the Rechtbank Midden-Nederland (the district court for Midden-Nederland).

For Studio ZOO, mainly Chapter 1 (General provisions), Chapter 2 (Standard clauses for processing), Chapter 5 (Development of software and websites), Chapter 6 (Maintenance of software and support) and Chapter 10 (Hosting) apply — depending on which service you take from us.
